Warranty and post-warranty service
All JORDAN Physical Medicine Loungers and Tables are covered by a basic 2-year warranty.
We offer a 2-year warranty on the electric motor, hydraulic piston, gas struts, leatherette padding, castors, and other accessories
The metal structure of JORDAN recliners is covered by a 3 year extended warranty.
RESI provides warranty and after-sales service for 15 years.
When making a claim, it is necessary to present the warranty certificate you received when you purchased the product, or the invoice.
Send us this information, preferably with a photo of the defect, by e-mail or by post.
Technical safety inspection
The price of BTK is 800 CZK excluding VAT on height adjustable deckchairs.
For deckchairs manufactured up to and including 2018, a BTK inspection is required on a one-year cycle; for deckchairs manufactured after 2018, a BTK inspection is required on a two-year cycle.
These inspections are performed by our trained service technicians.
During the inspection, the overall condition of the chaise will be checked and tested. Missing parts will be replenished. We will perform this inspection by written order.
Any defects found are repaired according to the service prices, i.e. for every 30 minutes 180 CZK + 21% VAT
During the warranty period, BTKs are carried out free of charge.
Mileage - rate per 1 km: 12 CZK + 21% VAT. Distance is calculated from Trebon.
We recommend you always book the inspections in advance, if we have more customers or delivery of deckchairs in your direction, then it is possible to reduce the fare.
The lifetime of the deckchair is max. 15 years. After this period, a complete revision of the deckchair must be carried out by the manufacturer. Without it, the deckchair cannot be used in the health sector!!
The manufacturer carries out the revision on the basis of an order from the user of the medical device.
